Fast ID Photo
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid Fast ID Photo services, orders and credits. We aim to handle genuine billing and technical issues fairly while recognising that many of our services are digital and may be delivered immediately.
1. Completed digital services
Where a digital photo-processing service has been successfully performed and the requested output has been made available for download, the service is generally considered delivered. A refund is not automatically available merely because a user later decides not to use the image.
2. Failed or materially defective service
If you paid for a service and the requested processing could not be completed because of a verified technical failure on our side, or the purchased service was materially not delivered as described, contact us with your order details. We may provide a reprocessing, replacement, credit or refund, as appropriate.
3. Duplicate charges
If you were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a confirmed duplicate payment, contact us. After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded through the applicable payment method.
4. Unused credits
Requests concerning unused credits may be reviewed individually, particularly where credits were purchased accidentally or a payment was duplicated. Any refund is subject to applicable law, payment-provider rules, and verification of the transaction.
5. Rejection by an authority
A passport, visa or other authority's rejection of a photograph does not by itself establish a service defect. Users must independently verify the current official requirements and review the final image before submission. See our Legal Disclaimer.
6. How to request a refund
Use the Contact page and provide the order/transaction reference, account email, date of payment, amount paid, and a brief explanation of the issue. Do not send payment-card numbers or passwords.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
