You must verify the requirements

Photo specifications can change and may differ by country, document type, application route, issuing authority, online application system, or local office. Although Fast ID Photo may provide size information, guides, processing tools, and automated checks, the user is responsible for independently checking the current official requirements before submitting a photograph.

No 100% accuracy or acceptance guarantee

We do not claim that processed images are 100% accurate, compliant, complete, or guaranteed to be accepted. Automated processing and checks can make mistakes, including with face detection, cropping, background removal, lighting, colour, image quality, dimensions, or other characteristics. Results should therefore be reviewed by the user before use.

Official sources control

Where Fast ID Photo provides a country or document specification, it is intended as practical guidance and not as an official government determination. If there is any difference between information on Fast ID Photo and the current instructions of the relevant authority, the authority's current official instructions control.

User responsibility

Before submitting or printing an image, you should check the photograph yourself, confirm the current official requirements, and make any required corrections. Use of the service does not transfer that responsibility to Fast ID Photo.

Unless expressly stated on a particular page, Fast ID Photo is an independent private service and is not a government department, embassy, consulate, passport authority, visa authority, or immigration authority.
